DIRECTIONS BY CAR Get on the Long Island Expressway (L.I.E. 495) heading EAST to Exit 39 NORTH (Glen Cove Road). Stay on it for approx. 5-6 miles/13-14 lights and then start looking for a sign on the right for Sea Cliff / Sea Cliff Avenue/ Cedar Swamp Road. Take the exit forking to the right. At the first (immediate) light make a left on to Sea Cliff Avenue. Stay on it for approx. 2 miles until you get into Sea Cliff Village with a Post Office on the right side, a block or so you will see the CitiBank on the left.
